EastBridge Learning Center is an online English teaching facility based in Goa, Camarines Sur, Philippines. We aim to connect qualified English teachers with overseas education clients serving learners in China, South Korea, Japan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Teachers conduct classes from our center. Overseas clients may provide lesson materials and determine final teacher selection.
We are dedicated to connecting passionate Filipino English teachers with international learning opportunities while helping students develop their English communication skills and confidence.
Our center focuses primarily on young learners while also supporting teenagers and adults who want to improve their English proficiency.

Competitive Hourly Rate

- Available for center-based teaching shifts based on overseas client schedules

- 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- 10:00 AM – 12:00 NN
- 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM
These are peak teaching hours; assignments depend on client demand and availability.
How Recruitment Works
- Apply: Send your updated resume to eastbridgelearningcenter@gmail.com.
- EastBridge interview: Our center conducts initial screening and an interview to assess qualifications and communication skills.
- Client assessment: Shortlisted applicants may undergo a separate interview or assessment with the overseas client, who makes the final selection decision.
- Orientation and training: EastBridge coordinates orientation and initial preparation. Training materials and client-specific training are generally provided by the client.
- Begin teaching: Approved teachers conduct online English classes from the EastBridge facility on assigned schedules.
Important Notice
To help ensure continuity of classes, teachers are generally requested to provide 30 calendar days' advance written notice to EastBridge Learning Center if they decide to end their engagement. This allows the center to coordinate with international clients and arrange a suitable replacement.
Notice provisions are subject to the final teacher agreement, applicable laws, and any legally required exceptions.

2. Where are you located? Is this work from home?
We’re located at First Floor, JJFQ Building, Rizal Street, Bagumbayan Pequeño, Poblacion Goa, Camarines Sur.
This is a center-based opportunity, not work from home. Teachers conduct online classes at our center using our computers and facilities.
3. What are the qualifications? Is experience required?
We welcome college graduates with or without teaching experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
Applicants should have good English communication skills, be patient and professional, and be comfortable using computers and teaching children or adults.
4. What are the teaching schedules?
Our available teaching time slots (Philippine Time) are:
Weekdays (Monday–Friday)
- 1:00–5:00 PM
- 7:00–11:00 PM
Weekends (Saturday–Sunday)
- 10:00 AM–12:00 NN
- 1:00–5:00 PM

Actual class assignments depend on overseas client schedules and teacher selection.
5. Is training provided?
Yes! EastBridge provides initial orientation and training to help you prepare for your classes. Teaching materials and additional guidelines may also be provided by the client.
